GOT QUESTIONS?
What kind of projects can we hire you for?
Most of my work is brand-related, documentary style and short films, so those three areas are where my primary focus is. If it’s visually engaging, I’m probably already thinking about the shot list.
Are there additional costs I should be aware of?
Standard rates are straightforward, but sometimes extra gear or crew might be needed – always in consultation with you. I try to do as much solo as possible, but if I see that extra hands are needed to maintain quality, we’ll discuss it upfront. No hidden surprises, I promise.
What equipment do you use?
I could easily talk for hours about all the equipment I have, but I like to keep it simple and just highlight the essentials. I work with a cinema camera, the Sony FX6. My go-to lens is the Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8. I also have a fully licensed Mavic 3 Pro ready to fly, plus grips, lights, car mounts, and other gear for dynamic shots. And yes, coffee for the crew is always included.
Do you offer pre-production support?
Absolutely! I like to be involved from start to finish, especially in pre-production. Storytelling is everything, and I spend a lot of time helping craft the idea and narrative with the client. That way, when we hit production and post, you can actually see the story come alive on screen.
What’s the difference between a half day and a full day?
A half day is about 5 hours – short, punchy, and efficient. A full day is roughly 10 hours, giving us full freedom to explore shots, setups, and creative ideas. Extra hours beyond that are charged at a fair rate, but generally, 10 hours covers most productions comfortably.
Do you work alone or with a crew?
I try to handle as much solo as possible, which works for a lot of projects. But sometimes additional assistance is needed to maintain quality or tackle more complex setups. In those cases, we bring in the right team – always discussed upfront with you to ensure the added value is clear.
